Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing activities and projects.
• Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
• Assist with creating and organizing marketing materials.
• Help distribute promotional communications to Sales teams.
• Coordinate meetings, samples, and project requests.
• Support trade shows and company events.
• Maintain marketing files and project documentation.
• Assist with presentations and reports.
• Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and team-oriented
