Job Summary

Own the livestream creator program with data-driven campaign ops, creator research, and engagement that feeds growth signals through live content and performance insights.

Campaign Operations: plan and configure livestream campaigns, track budgets, and optimize mechanics based on data
Creator Relations: maintain communication, research high-potential creators, and support engagement strategies
Data & Growth: analyze user and performance signals to identify opportunities and influence campaign lifecycles

Responsibilities

LIVE Campaign Operations
Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns
Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities
Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design
Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup
Track budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization
Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports
Optimize campaign mechanisms based on data insights
Maintain regular communication with key creators
Conduct creator research and collect structured feedback

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data-related fields preferred)
Fluent in Serbian to work with Serbian-speaking stakeholders
Social media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy with a strong sense of internet trends and online culture
Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus)
Data-sensitive with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking
Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.)
Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators

Preferred

Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus)
Strong sense of internet trends and online culture (preferred)
