Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations of the SEO team, ensuring strategy is delivered on time, to spec, and at scale.
  • Implement automation-first processes to reduce production cycles, accelerate publishing, and ensure technical and content excellence.
  • Manage the SEO scorecard and dashboards, linking outputs to business impact (sessions, conversions, subscribers).
  • Translate the Director of SEO’s global strategy into actionable programs across US, UK, and priority markets.
  • Drive full-funnel keyword strategies (ToFu → BoFu), landing page development, and large-scale content optimisation.
  • Lead delivery of SEO initiatives that directly contribute to subscriber growth (600K new subscribers via SEO by FY26).
  • Partner with Production to deliver high-intent content aligned to keyword demand.
  • Work with Product & Engineering to resolve technical SEO challenges and maintain crawl health, indexation, and speed benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with Data/BI to integrate SEO performance with LTV, CRM, and downstream conversion data.
  • Support authority-building through Thought Leader partnerships and targeted link-building initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of running large-scale, multi-geo SEO programs in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise across technical SEO, keyword strategy, content operations, and authority-building.
  • Strong operational and delivery mindset, with experience embedding automation and scalable workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Data-driven leader who thrives on accountability and measurable results.
