Analyse campaign performance, website traffic and digital engagement metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-channel communication campaigns to maximise visibility and customer interaction.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective digital communication across all online channels.
Identify emerging digital trends, technologies and opportunities to enhance the Company's online presence and customer engagement.
Support customer onboarding and stakeholder engagement activities where appropriate to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain and optimise digital communication platforms and supporting online resources.
Produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Requirements

Experience managing digital communications, online marketing and brand engagement.
Strong knowledge of social media management and digital communication strategies.
Experience planning and managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of website content management and digital customer engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using digital analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimise results.
