Job Summary

Own core paid social delivery and performance optimization for TikTok and related platforms, turning data into actionable improvements for clients and enabling cross-functional teams to align on impact.

Own campaign monitoring, reporting, and optimization across social channels.
Identify testing insights, trend signals, and platform opportunities to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across TikTok and other social platforms
Assist Account Managers with day-to-day delivery across client accounts
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Pull together reports and insights on campaign performance for clients and internal teams
Conduct competitor and market research across TikTok, TikTok Shop and Ad Library
Support creative testing by analysing what content is performing and why
Help identify trends, sounds, creators and platform opportunities that could benefit clients
Work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to ensure campaigns align with wider client goals
Support influencer, affiliate and TikTok Shop campaigns where required
Keep up to date with TikTok platform updates, trends and paid social best practices

Requirements

Some experience in paid social, digital marketing or social media marketing (agency experience is a bonus but not essential)
A strong understanding of TikTok and social media culture
Passion for paid social and performance marketing
Naturally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working across multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical mindset with an interest in performance data and reporting
Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams
Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced agency environment
Understanding of TikTok advertising or TikTok Shop is a bonus
Creative thinker who understands what content performs well on TikTok
Flexible and proactive with a solutions-focused attitude
