Job Description

Responsibilities

Executing marketing campaigns for our sustainability brand, edie, within an agreed strategy and budget
Organising and prioritising own workload to meet multiple, sometimes competing, deadlines across brand and events activity
Managing campaigns from planning through to execution
Bringing creative ideas to grow our audience and using data to help improve results

Requirements

Excellent understanding of a wide range of marketing channels, including email, social media and PPC
Experience acquiring and building data that directly impacts campaign performance
Strong analytical skills, able to use data insight to drive improvements to marketing effectiveness
Strong relationship-builder, both internally and with external partners
Innovative, with a track record of devising and sharing new campaign ideas
Strong creative and copywriting judgement, able to write in a brand's tone of voice
Ability to build a deep understanding of a market and its key audience segments
Flexible, able to pivot quickly in response to campaign results and new challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

Genuine interest in sustainability and the environmental, social and governance agenda preferred, though not essential
Minimum 3 years marketing experience
