Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing plans for Direct Mid-Market and Large Business customers and prospects.
  • Create integrated campaigns supporting customer acquisition, retention, engagement and growth.
  • Work closely with Sales to understand priority audiences and opportunities and translate these into effective marketing activity.
  • Use CRM, segmentation and customer insight to develop increasingly targeted prospect and customer journeys.
  • Create high-quality customer communications and content across email, digital and other relevant channels.
  • Support opportunities to introduce Supply customers to relevant PowerSuite and wider EDF products and services.
  • Measure campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversion, using learning to continually improve activity.

Requirements

  • A Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B marketing, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales colleagues, using insight to improve performance and turning complex propositions into compelling customer communications.
  • Experience in Lead generation and nurture that supports pipeline growth.
  • Experience in B2B campaign planning across acquisition, retention and customer engagement.
  • Experience in Account-based or targeted marketing across different B2B customer segments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to segment audiences, manage journeys and measure activity.
  • Experience working closely with Sales to improve engagement, lead conversion and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience creating effective email, digital and customer communications.
  • Experience using campaign data and insight to test, learn and improve performance.
  • Experience managing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and wider business functions.
