Job Description

Identify customer enablement and learning needs for AI-first businesses, and then turn those into a structured editorial calendar.
Keep a close eye on the AI agent ecosystem as it evolves, including new model releases, agent types and innovations, frameworks, attack vectors, and regulatory developments, and rapidly produce Geordie’s point of view on what matters and why.
Build and use AI agent tools hands-on, and translate that experience into content that teaches customers something they couldn't learn anywhere else.
Write and produce across a range of formats including technical deep dives, sales enablement decks, product explainers, customer-facing guides, video scripts, and social content.
Run regular enablement sessions with the GTM team on relevant topics covering new AI agent tooling, emerging threats, competitive landscape, and customer objections.
Feed product insights back to the Geordie team based on what you learn from hands-on tool usage and customer conversations.
Keep content aligned to Geordie\'s positioning and business priorities.
