Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing engine, from strategy and multi-channel execution to CRM, analytics and continuous improvement, to drive ROI and pipeline.

Growth Infrastructure: Build and own the digital strategy, channel mix and cross-team coordination.
Demand & Lifecycle Ops: Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social, paid media; manage CRM automation and data quality.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance and translate data into ROI improvements and lead generation actions.

Plan, manage and optimise digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, paid search and display channels.
Manage the website, content, UX and customer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners to maintain a secure, accessible and effective digital presence.
Manage CRM activity, data quality, reporting and user support, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Use analytics to monitor campaign, website and channel performance, providing insight and recommendations to improve ROI, engagement and lead generation.
Implement marketing automation, integrations and process improvements to support lead nurturing and efficient customer communications.
Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, customers and partners.
Support change, innovation and continuous improvement.
Deliver high-quality work on time and contribute to commercial, practical and science-based outcomes.
