Job Summary

Shape and execute Visualsoft's brand and events strategy, translating business priorities into campaigns, digital engagement, and partnerships that grow awareness and pipeline.

Own end-to-end brand governance and assets, ensuring a consistent presence across presentations, templates, and office materials.
Lead Visualsoft’s events program, including Sync, with ROI-driven planning, logistics, supplier management, and post-event follow-up with Sales and Partnerships.
Deliver integrated campaigns across digital channels and content, aligning with eCommerce and Shopify ecosystem partnerships to boost awareness and leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a practical, commercially aligned brand marketing strategy
Position Visualsoft as a leading Shopify and eCommerce partner in the UK market
Translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and event activity
Use data, market insight, and industry trends to inform brand positioning and messaging
Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing priorities and KPIs
Act as the guardian of Visualsoft’s brand, owning internal brand guidelines and ensuring a consistent, professional brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints, including oversight of branded assets such as presentations, templates, merchandise, email signatures, office branding, and wider supporting materials used across the business.
Own and deliver Visualsoft’s end-to-end events strategy, including Sync—the largest retail event outside of London—as well as a broader programme of industry conferences, client and partner-led events.
Manage a high volume events calendar, ensuring strong organisation, planning discipline, and execution excellence
Oversee end-to-end event delivery including logistics, suppliers, budgets, and onsite coordination
Ensure events generate commercial value through lead generation, partnerships, and client engagement

Requirements

Essential – Experience in a marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, or equivalent)
Essential – Strong background in events marketing and/or experiential marketing
Essential – Experience in eCommerce, SaaS or agency environments
Essential – Exposure to B2B marketing in a digital or tech-led business
Essential – Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
Essential – Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social, content)
Essential – Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance
Essential – Experience leading or mentoring a team
Essential – Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Preferred

Experience within Shopify ecosystem
Experience delivering large-scale industry events, webinars, or conferences
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, GA4, CRM platforms, and automation tools
