Job Summary

Own cross-functional orchestration of elevated moments, turning brand and GTM plans into disciplined, on-time delivery with clear governance and communication across Product, Merchandising, Brand, Channels, and GTM Ops.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Elevated Pipeline Coordination: Track and coordinate the global elevated pipeline, maintaining visibility of initiatives, timelines, risks and alignment to brand and GTM calendars. - Cross‑Functional Alignment: Act as the central coordination point across Product, Merchandising, Brand, Channels, Market Interaction and GTM Ops to ensure clarity on deliverables and milestones. - Commercial & Distribution Support: Support execution and tracking of pricing, allocation and distribution decisions, ensuring compliance with elevation guardrails and documentation standards. - Brand Moments & Activation: Coordinate planning and readiness for elevated brand moments, launches and collaborations, supporting execution, performance tracking and post‑launch feedback. - Reporting & Operational Excellence: Consolidate insights, metrics and learnings, support governance and approvals, and drive disciplined, consistent ways of working across elevated initiatives.
