Job Description

- Act as key coordinator for campaign rollout across all channels from briefing to delivery - Own central campaign calendar with hero and revenue campaigns, on-property stories, events, and key cultural moments, coordinating with local teams and the central revenue team for a full year view - Proactively plan revenue-driving campaigns for key periods within Slow Luxury and support reactive campaigns for properties with business needs - Collaborate with local teams to ensure on-brand, best-in-class content is produced ahead of calendar moments for each property, to be amplified globally - Serve as a strategic content lead across Media, Web, and CRM with channel-first briefs that fit formats - Oversee localisation/translation of assets to ensure market-appropriate delivery - Work with the media team to align asset amplification with the media plan - Elevate central and local channels with new campaign content aligned to global art direction and brand messaging - Ensure campaign content reflects editorial pillars and supports ECH strategy, positioning Belmond with purpose - Ensure agency assets are fit-for-channel media, web, and CRM in collaboration with the Art Director - Ensure brand tone of voice is maintained with the Editor-in-Chief across campaigns and local stories - Innovate with new formats and technologies to position Belmond as a campaign innovator - Amplify internal PR around hero campaigns - Build and maintain reporting and analysis for campaigns using KPI frameworks and tools (GA4, Power BI), feeding learnings into future planning - Set up digital tracking across channels and provide post-campaign insights to stakeholders with opportunities for a consolidated dashboard
