Job Summary

Own the external communications and stakeholder engagement flow, turning insights into message-led plans and accessible content across video, graphics, and digital formats; drive events and policy communications with clear databases and on-brand storytelling.

Messaging and strategy: shape how messages are developed and shared across projects and channels.
Content Engine: produce high quality, accessible content in multiple formats that stays on-brand.
Stakeholder & policy delivery: plan and execute engagement programs, maintain databases, and coordinate events.

supporting the delivery of external stakeholder engagement and policy programmes including drafting content, maintaining stakeholder databases, sharing approved communications and organising events.

Our mission is to improve landlords’ services and residents’ lives through housing complaints.We are an independent, impartial, and free service for social housing residents.We make the final decision on disputes between residents and landlords that are registered members of its Scheme - including tenants and leaseholders of social landlords (housing associations and local authorities), as well as for our voluntary members (private landlords and letting agents).We also work to strengthen internal complaints procedures and encourage landlords to learn from complaints to prevent service failures being repeated.
