We want somebody capable of moving confidently between: Marketing and brand strategy; B2B and B2C marketing; SEO and PPC; E-commerce; Email and database marketing; Websites and conversion; Social media strategy; Analytics and ROI; Product launches; Content and creative; Traditional marketing; AI and automation; Sales and marketing alignment.
You could be discussing a new market opportunity with the Acting MD in the morning and analysing SEMrush data, reviewing Google Ads, improving an e-commerce journey or developing a campaign with your team and specialist suppliers that afternoon.
Think like a strategist. Execute like a practitioner.

Requirements

A recognised degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a closely related discipline
CIM, IDM or equivalent professional qualifications welcomed
At least five years' experience in a senior marketing role
Experience leading and developing a small marketing team
Proven experience creating and delivering marketing strategy
Strong hands-on digital marketing capability
Strong SEO and PPC experience
Experience developing social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
E-commerce experience
Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Preferred

CIM, IDM or equivalent professional qualifications welcomed
Healthcare or medical-device experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
