Job Description

Responsibilities

- Own and evolve organic social strategy across multiple home and interiors brands
- Develop creative concepts, content pillars, recurring series and platform-native formats
- Plan, film and edit short-form video including Reels, TikToks, Stories and YouTube Shorts
- Create engaging static content, graphics, carousels and social-first campaign assets
- Turn product launches, seasonal campaigns and wider brand activity into engaging social content
- Spot trends, cultural moments and reactive opportunities and bring ideas to life quickly
- Build engaged communities and identify opportunities for conversation, participation, UGC and advocacy
- Test different creative approaches, hooks, formats and content styles to understand what performs
- Use social analytics and performance data to continually improve content
- Track organic reach, engagement, audience growth, saves, shares, video performance and traffic contribution

Requirements

- You'll ideally have 3+ years' experience in social media, organic social or content creation, preferably within a consumer-facing brand or agency environment.
- More importantly, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A strong portfolio of social content you've personally created
- Excellent short-form video filming and editing skills
- Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for visual content
- A genuine understanding of what makes content work on social
- Experience developing organic social strategies and content ideas
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly hooks, captions and social messaging
- Evidence of growing organic reach, engagement or audiences
- Confidence interpreting social performance data and turning insights into action

Preferred

Experience within home, interiors, lifestyle, retail or ecommerce would be an advantage, as would experience working across multiple brands.
