Requirements

• No degree or industry background required. What matters is:
• Genuine drive and a willingness to be coached
• Comfort in face-to-face environments and a natural ability with people
• A preference for active, hands-on work over static, screen-based roles
• Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
• Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer-facing roles is useful, but our best performers often came in with none.
