Job Summary

Own the High Wycombe store’s local social strategy from content to community, turning in-person moments into repeat visits and authentic local buzz.

Content Engine: Plan, create, and post local content that resonates with Grounded Kitchen’s Gen Z and health-minded audience.
Engagement & UGC: Manage daily comments, DMs, and user generated content to boost local reach and interaction.
Community & Influence: Identify local micro-influencers, organise tastings, and build relationships that drive footfall and ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and post engaging local content for the High Wycombe store
Capture high-quality photo and video content during site visits (food, people, atmosphere, peak moments)
Develop content that resonates with Grounded Kitchen’s target customer base (Gen Z, health-conscious, food-led audiences)
Manage daily engagement across social channels (comments, DMs, tags, reposts)
Build local awareness through consistent, authentic storytelling
Drive customer interaction and UGC (user-generated content)
Identify and engage local micro-influencers and creators
Organise meet-ups, tastings, and in-store content opportunities
Build ongoing relationships to drive repeat visits and organic reach
Work with the national marketing team to ensure tone, messaging, and campaigns are aligned

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media for restaurants, QSR, or food & beverage brands
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies in local markets
Confident in content creation (photo, short-form video, basic editing skills)
Experience in influencer outreach and community building
Ability to work independently and manage a local store account end-to-end
Strong understanding of how to attract Grounded Kitchen’s core customer base
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational restaurant environment
