Job Summary

Own the in-house content engine with camera-first storytelling, turning ideas into consistent 2–3 posts weekly across reels, carousels, and static formats while shaping direction with the founder.

Content Production: shoot, edit, and publish for our pages end-to-end, including camera appearances.
Trend & Concepting: research trends and bring fresh ideas to inform content direction.
On-screen Presence: appear in videos to drive the brand voice and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Only the full shooting, editing and posting for our own pages (our page only, not client accounts)
2-3 posts a week across our channels, varying between reels, carousels and static posts
Researching trends and bringing fresh content ideas to the table
Appearing on camera in our content
Collaborating with the founder on content direction

Requirements

London based
Confident on camera and a strong communicator
Proactive, you spot opportunities and bring ideas without waiting to be asked
Flexible and collaborative
Able to shoot, edit and post independently to a high standard
Genuinely passionate about social media marketing and content creation
Experience is a bonus, but if you have real passion and can show us what you can create, we welcome that too
Looking for a long term position and excited to grow with a young agency

Your own content creation equipment, such as a recent iPhone (17 Pro Max ideal), tripod, lighting or mics
