Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities - Acting as subject matter expert for the portfolio, advising on product, technical, and pricing queries while supporting informed commercial decision-making - Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating strategy, cross-functional alignment, and execution to deliver successful outcomes aligned with business and operational objectives - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, and drive growth within a highly competitive wound care market - Build brand advocacy through engagement with key opinion leaders and strategic customers, developing strong relationships that influence adoption and long-term portfolio success - Partner with sales teams to deliver training, communicate key messages, and support product demonstrations to improve field effectiveness and drive revenue performance - Own KPI tracking and performance analysis, using data to evaluate sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and optimise marketing strategies for continuous improvement - Collaborate with UK, EMEA, and global teams alongside external agencies to ensure aligned strategies, consistent messaging, and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives - Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to refine positioning, strengthen competitive advantage, and enhance overall commercial and marketing performance
