Responsibilities

Lead the development of insight-driven, emotionally resonant campaigns that connect with diverse UK audiences and support our growing portfolio
You’ll bring big ideas to life across AV, social, OOH and beyond, balancing creative ambition with commercial impact
Working closely with marketing, media and design, you’ll champion work that gets noticed and gets talked about
Turn marketing briefs into powerful, culture-shaping creative ideas
Develop 360° campaigns spanning AV, social, OOH, partnerships and experiential
Lead creative development across brand storytelling and channel campaign
Write scripts, direct shoots, and guide post-production with a strong creative visual
Use audience insight, data and social listening to inform your thinking
Present and sell ideas confidently to senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and creative excellence

Requirements

A proven senior creative background in TV, entertainment or media
A portfolio of standout, brand-building campaigns across AV and social
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate insight into compelling ideas
Expertise across concepting, scriptwriting, directing and editing
A sharp eye for craft—tone, pacing, music, and detail matter
Deep understanding of audiences, culture and content trends
Confidence presenting and influencing senior stakeholders
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere)

Curious—open to new tools, trends and ways of working (including AI)
