Job Summary

Own the creative strategy and execution for direct-response DTC ads, shaping concepts, copy, and testing to accelerate profitable customer acquisition across brands.

  • Creative Systems: Drive concept development, script writing, and performance-informed copy; oversee briefing and execution with design/video teams.
  • Testing & Optimization: Manage a fast, winner-driven creative testing pipeline and extract insights from performance data.
  • Knowledge & Collaboration: Maintain a living creative knowledge base and partner with media buyers to scale winning creatives.

  • Manage the creative testing pipeline—always have winners in the queue

  • Stay on top of creative trends, competitor ads, and market dynamics

  • Build and maintain our creative knowledge base (what works for our brands)

  • 3+ years of creative strategy experience in DTC/e-commerce
  • \n
  • Portfolio of ads you've created that scaled to significant spend
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of direct response principles
  • \n
  • Strong copywriting skills—you can write a hook that stops the scroll
  • \n
  • Data literacy—you can read a dashboard and extract insights
  • \n
  • Experience briefing creative teams (video editors, designers)
  • \n
  • Understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem and creative best practices
  • \n
