Own the webinar and content engine for a compliance-focused audience, turning live sessions into evergreen education, guides, and bite-sized assets for social and blogs.

Webinar execution: plan, host, and moderate live sessions with presenters and audience Q&A.
Content repurposing: create guides, checklists, roadmaps, infographics, tools, and templates from each webinar.
Lifecycle distribution: write blog posts, produce short videos, and publish social posts to nurture and capture leads.

Job Description

Research & Planning - Research compliance news, regulatory changes, and trending topics through customer feedback, sales input, industry research, and our compliance experts.
Own our 12-month webinar and content calendar.
Webinars - Coordinate presenters and manage the webinar schedule.
Create webinar slides, scripts, and supporting materials with our compliance experts.
Host and moderate live webinars, including Q&A.
Set up webinar events in Microsoft Teams, Riverside, or Livestorm.
Write webinar landing pages and event descriptions.
Build webinar email and SMS reminder sequences in Klaviyo.
Run presenter rehearsals before each webinar.
Promote webinars to our existing audience.
