  • Analytics and optimization: track performance, generate insights, and adjust tactics across channels.
  • Community & PR: engage online communities, partner with influencers, and manage reputation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to our brand objectives
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and our website.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Bee Pedal Ready team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
  • Foster positive relationships with online communities and influencers through effective public relations practices
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in managing online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner
  • Support SEO and website content to improve visibility.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and public relations strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret insights to optimise campaigns, workshops, events and fundraising
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently within deadlines
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media platforms and digital marketing landscape
  • Shares our passion for equality, inclusion and community impact

Preferred

  • Experience working with charities, CICs or the voluntary sector.
  • Experience within cycling, active travel or sport.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience promoting community events and behaviour change campaigns
