Job Summary

Own Japan influencer marketing by designing end to end campaigns that lift brand awareness, engagement, and sales, while continuously optimizing with data and cross functional launch work.

Influencer strategy ownership: build campaigns across beauty, wellness, or tech in Japan and manage key partnerships.
Campaign optimization: define KPIs, monitor performance, and maximize ROI through data-driven tweaks.
Team and budget leadership: mentor staff, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost effective execution across campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high impact influencer marketing strategies across Japan, driving brand awareness, engagement and sales

Requirements

Good knowledge of the Japanese market and culture to shape relevant and engaging campaigns
Proven experience in influencer marketing, managing and scaling successful campaigns within beauty, wellness, or tech
Strong track record in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximum impact
Skilled in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
Experience managing or mentoring team members, fostering a high performance culture and achieving targets
Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
Creative and innovative thinker, able to develop campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver results
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to craft compelling pitches and build strong influencer relationships
Highly organised with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environment
