Job Summary

Own end-to-end talent sourcing and relationship management for creators across major platforms, driving campaigns from outreach and onboarding to campaign coordination and brand partnerships.

Collaborate with the team in weekly strategy sessions

Job Description

Responsibilities

🔎 Discover New Talent Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
📞 Sales & Recruitment Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
🤝 Talent Management Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
📈 Campaign Coordination Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
💼 Brand Outreach Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
👥 Team Collaboration Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
