Job Summary

Own end-to-end video and photo production for social and campaigns with high-volume output, precise sound design, and on-site shoots.

Production & Editing: Short and long form video, photography, color, and motion graphics to drive views and retention.
Creative Pipeline: Collaborate with clippers and coordinators to scale output while keeping quality consistent.
On-location & Performance: Travel for shoots and use performance data to improve engagement.

Manage a high volume of creative output while maintaining consistent quality standards
Apply precise sound design — matching sound effects and audio to video to maximise viewer retention
Shoot and edit professional photography for use across campaigns and client deliverables
Use Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve for advanced editing, motion graphics, and colour grading
Collaborate with our team of clippers and content coordinators to ensure a smooth production pipeline
Travel to client locations for shoots and on-site production as required
Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative quality and engagement performance

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of short-form video principles — pacing, hooks, retention techniques
Expert-level sound design: selecting and timing sound effects to keep viewers engaged
Experience producing a high volume of creatives to tight deadlines
Professional photography skills with a strong eye for composition and lighting
A portfolio demonstrating measurable results (views, engagement, retention)

Nice to have

Experience in a marketing agency environment
Familiarity with social media analytics and how to optimise content based on performance data
Motion graphics experience
Photography retouching skills (Adobe Lightroom)
