Job Summary
Own end-to-end influencer campaigns across client accounts, driving delivery governance, creator partnerships, and client outcomes with a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic recommendations.
- Campaign delivery and governance: lead end-to-end execution, timelines, budgets, and client communications.
- Creator strategy and management: source, vet, negotiate, onboard creators and manage outreach and briefing.
- Client leadership and reporting: present results, insights and recommendations, and upsell opportunities.
Job Description
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact and strategic lead across a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead campaign kick-offs, status meetings, reviews and presentations.
- Manage client expectations, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Provide strategic recommendations that support client objectives and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and additional campaign activity.
- Ensure exceptional client service and communication throughout all stages of delivery.
- Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to final reporting.
- Own all aspects of campaign delivery, ensuring projects remain on time, on budget and on brief.
- Manage both campaign-led activations and always-on influencer programmes.
