Job Summary

Own the hands-on creative and marketing backbone for a 7-figure womenswear brand, uniting visual identity with direct-to-consumer email flows and on-site experiences.

  • Creative ownership: design and direction across emails, landing pages, social assets, and on-site graphics using your existing brand system.
  • Retention engine: build and send Klaviyo campaigns and flows end to end, with strong copy and segmentation.
  • Shopify execution: hands-on page building and theme edits, collections, and seasonal launches without heavy developer dependency.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Design and creative direction. You're the visual eye of the brand. Email designs, landing page imagery, campaign visuals, social assets, on-site graphics, occasional print collateral. Across the whole brand. - Retention (email & SMS). Klaviyo is your home. You'll design the emails, write the copy, build the flows, send the campaigns. End to end. - Site & e-commerce. Building and improving Shopify pages — landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, seasonal launches. You're hands-on in the theme editor, not waiting on a developer for every change.
