Own the regional promotions engine and calendar-driven campaign planning, linking stock, weather, and performance data to revenue growth across stores and online.

Promotions & Calendar Ownership: Build and manage a calendar aligned to objectives and regional trading patterns.
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Ensure on-time delivery with Merchandising, Trading, and regional teams.
Performance & Learnings: Analyse promo results, extract actionable insights, and feed them into future planning.

Job Description

Own and optimize Mountain Warehouse promotions by building and managing the promotional calendar aligned to objectives, regional trading patterns, and past performance, with a focus on like-for-like sales growth.

Promotions & Calendar Ownership: Build and manage a promotions calendar linked to business objectives, regional patterns, and learnings from prior campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Work with Merchandising and Trading to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery of campaigns; collaborate with regional teams to adapt plans to trading conditions.
Performance & Learnings: Analyse promo results, extract insights, and feed them into future planning and calendar refinements.
