Job Summary

You will own revenue growth across existing clients, lead the development of AI powered offerings, and manage strategic partnerships and major proposals with cross-functional teams.

Build commercial growth plans alongside Account Managers.
Identify new revenue opportunities across Socialbear\'s full suite of services.
Deliver proposals via video call and in-person meetings to existing clients.
Maintain and report on the existing client growth pipeline.
Support in building and expanding Socialbear\'s suite of AI-powered products and services.
Take briefs from Directors and work with Socialbear Developers and Account Managers to deliver our new AI products for clients.
Support product positioning, demonstrations and commercial launches.
Translate client challenges into scalable AI products.
Develop strategic relationships with partner platforms.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in Commercial Growth or Business Development, with global FTSE 500 companies.
Proven experience growing revenue across existing client portfolios.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing pipeline and forecasting.
Experience developing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong understanding and passion for AI implementation, customer experience and digital technology.
Comfortable working directly with senior clients and company Directors.

Preferred

Previous agency, SaaS, AI or Customer Experience industry experience is highly desirable.
