Own end-to-end health content programs across channels, collaborating with Growth Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams to inform, engage and convert audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content creation. Produce high-quality content across blogs, articles, whitepapers, guides, case studies, decks, video scripts, emails and campaign assets, ensuring materials are clear, accurate, engaging and aligned to the Square Health brand.
  • Clinical-adjacent communication. Translate complex health, wellbeing and service-related topics into accessible content that informs, engages and supports action across target audiences.
  • Content planning. Co-create content themes, calendars and formats with the Growth Marketing Lead, using market trends, customer needs and campaign performance to identify opportunities.
  • Campaign and marketing support. Support the planning, briefing and delivery of campaigns, website pages, events, webinars and digital activity, producing tailored content that supports awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
  • Sales enablement. Work closely with sales to develop materials that support prospect engagement, commercial conversations and conversion, including content for presentations, proposals and follow-up activity.
  • Events, webinars and thought leadership. Create content for events, exhibitions, conferences and webinars, including promotional copy, decks, speaker notes, follow-up materials and thought leadership content.
  • Analytics and continuous improvement. Track content and campaign performance, including engagement, lead generation and event or webinar outcomes, using insight to improve future activity.
  • Cross-functional support. Support ad hoc content requests, cross-team initiatives and CRM-aligned content workflows, working collaboratively with marketing, sales, clinical and operational teams.
  • Other duties: Comply with any reasonable ad-hoc work requests from the Director and/or Management. Undertake any training deemed appropriate by the Director and/or Management, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant digital health, workplace health and marketing developments. Comply with and promote all Company Policies. Comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy and risk and all other Company Policies applicable to the role.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing ability across formats and audiences, with the ability to write strong copy directly and use AI appropriately as a support tool rather than a substitute for judgement.
  • Ability to translate clinical-adjacent, health and wellbeing topics into clear, accurate and engaging content.
  • Experience producing content across a range of formats, including articles, blogs, whitepapers, guides, case studies, decks, scripts, emails and campaign assets.
  • Experience supporting marketing plans, campaign delivery, events, webinars and sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of how content supports awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
  • Confident using CRM, webinar, reporting and marketing insight tools, including HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Analytical, collaborative and able to work effectively with sales, marketing, clinical and operational teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and multiple content requirements.
  • Professional approach to brand, accuracy, audience needs and commercially sensitive information.
