Job Summary

Lead European PR and marketing initiatives, aligning with COS’s global brand, coordinating events and campaigns to drive year-over-year KPI growth.

Grow high-quality press and influencer coverage through strong agency partnerships, media relationships, and measured KPIs.
Plan and execute events and brand activations (store openings, press days, gifting suites) to boost awareness and engagement.
Set KPIs for press/influencer channels and analyse monthly/quarterly/annual results to optimise future activity.

Job Description

Lead European PR and marketing initiatives, aligning with COS’s global brand, coordinating events and campaigns to drive year-over-year KPI growth.

Responsibilities: Lead and execute PR and marketing strategies across Europe, ensuring alignment with COS global brand positioning and seasonal campaigns. Supporting store & concession openings, collection awareness & hype, in addition to coordinating European attendance and YoY growth in KPIs on global brand campaigns and global brand events.
Responsibilities: Manage European press relations via strong relationships with key media, stylists and opinion formers to drive consistent, high-quality coverage in collaboration with our PR Agencies.
Responsibilities: Set and deliver goals/KPIs for press and influencer channels. Working in collaboration with PR agencies to secure strategy, actions and subsequent delivery + analysis of KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver events, across store openings, press days, gifting suites and brand activations to elevate awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities: Budget management across multiple channels including invoicing and end-to-end payment process.
Responsibilities: Create a people first working environment taking actions based on feedback, employee dialogues, and employee survey results.

Requirements: Agency management: Proven experience in managing PR agencies is a must, production agencies a bonus.
Requirements: Experience in track and analyse campaign and activation performance providing clear reporting and actionable insights to optimise future activity.
Requirements: Stakeholder management: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and senior and peer stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication, and efficient execution.
Requirements: Leadership: Proven experience in leading a multi-specialism team within the brand and communications environment.
