Own the social engine for a fashion retailer, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand impact across Instagram, TikTok and beyond with a strong content first approach and fast iteration.

Lead social strategy and content direction across platforms, aligning with brand, campaigns and commercial goals.
Own content calendar, platform experimentation, and collaboration with Creative, Brand, PR and Influencer teams.
Build and lead a social team, coaching and prioritizing work to hit growth, engagement and traffic metrics.
