Responsibilities

Develop and deliver our marketing strategy across the business.
Manage and continually improve our websites to ensure they are engaging, up to date and fully optimised.
Improve our Google rankings through effective SEO and local search optimisation.
Manage all Google Business Profiles across our self-storage facilities and commercial property portfolio.
Plan and manage social media content across multiple platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand.
Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, property particulars, estate directories, banners, signage and letting boards.
Maintain consistent branding across all our industrial estates, self-storage sites, websites and printed materials.
Promote vacant industrial units and self-storage facilities through digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor website performance, campaign effectiveness and enquiry levels using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Carry out market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Digital marketing and campaign management.
SEO and local search optimisation.
Google Business Profile management.
Website content management (WordPress or similar CMS).
Google Analytics and Search Console.
Social media strategy and content creation.
Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Email marketing and CRM systems.
Branding and brand development.
