  • Lead creative testing and landing-page optimization
  • Drive data-driven decisions through analytics and budget management

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid acquisition across Meta (Advantage+, prospecting and retargeting) and Google (Shopping, Search, PMax), plus testing of TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging channels.
  • Campaign management day-to-day — budgets, bids, audiences, creative testing and landing-page optimisation — to hit blended ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Creative direction, partnering with design and the wider team to brief, test and iterate high-performing ad creative and offers.
  • Analytics & reporting, owning the reporting cadence — daily pulse, weekly performance reviews and monthly forecasts — and making budget decisions from the data.
  • Tracking & measurement across Shopify, GA4, the Meta pixel/CAPI and attribution, working with developers where needed to keep data clean and reliable.
  • Budget ownership, forecasting spend against revenue and margin, and defending every pound of budget with a clear efficiency rationale.

Requirements

  • Proven operator: 5+ years in performance / growth marketing, ideally in DTC e-commerce or a retail brand, with a track record of scaling paid channels profitably.
  • Hands-on channel skill: expert in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, confident building and optimising campaigns without needing an agency to hold the reins.
  • Numbers-led: fluent in ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, contribution margin and MER; comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics platforms and quick to spot what the numbers are telling you.
  • Creative sensibility: good eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad and able to brief and critique creative that converts.
  • Self-starter: thrives in a fast-moving, owner-led business; happy to be based in our Ringwood office full-time and to roll up their sleeves.

Preferred

  • experience with Shopify (Plus a plus)
  • server-side tracking / CAPI
  • a working knowledge of SEO or influencer/affiliate channels

Benefits

  • Casual dress
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
