Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and customize company websites using WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS).
Build responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
Design, test, and implement new website features and functionality.
Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Perform website audits and optimize speed, usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Implement and maintain on-page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, content writers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to deliver digital projects on time.
Ensure websites comply with SEO, security, and web performance standards.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
Experience with WordPress development and customization.
Good understanding of SEO principles and search engine ranking factors.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques.
Familiarity with other CMS platforms is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
