Responsibilities

• 📍 Location: Birmingham City Centre (office-based, with UK travel for shoots)
• 🎬 The Role This is a fully internal role, you won't be shooting for clients, you'll be building CBG's own brand.
• 🎥 Filming internal content, mini documentaries & behind-the-scenes vlogs about life at CBG
• ✂️ Editing daily video content for YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn
• 📱 Creating ads and social content that actually stand out
• 🎙️ Capturing the team, the culture, and the story of how we work
• 🛠️ Running your own shoots, managing kit, and making sure nothing's missed
• Basically… you'll be behind the camera, in the edit suite, and shaping how the world sees CBG.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)?
• You've got a genuine eye for storytelling through sight and sound
• You get excited by new editing techniques and tech, not just the tools you already know
• You're detail-focused and take pride in polished, professional output
• You enjoy having creative freedom to try new formats and styles
• You're comfortable being both behind and (occasionally) in front of the camera
