Job Summary

Lead video creation and on-page SEO to grow weekly video reach across social, web, and CMS, pairing compelling content with metadata and performance analytics.

  • Edit and publish social, website, and digital videos while applying SEO-friendly metadata, titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Manage WordPress content and embed videos, ensuring consistent layouts and up-to-date pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy and monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • optimise video content for search engines by applying best practices in metadata, titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Manage and update content on WordPress websites, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Utilise HTML and CSS to enhance webpage layouts and embed videos seamlessly.
  • Implement SEO strategies using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance and improve rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimise metadata for maximum visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 days per week.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them across digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of WordPress for website management and optimisation.
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for tracking website performance.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
