Trainee Team Leader – Sales & Marketing
Location: London | Full-Time

We're searching for enthusiastic, driven and people-oriented individuals to join our London team as a Trainee Team Leader, supporting our continued growth across face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns.
Partnering with recognised brands across telecommunications, utilities and consumer services, we help businesses connect directly with customers, build brand awareness and develop lasting customer relationships.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, thrive in an energetic environment and have an interest in developing the skills needed to inspire, support and eventually lead others.
You'll begin by gaining practical experience within our frontline sales team, developing an understanding of customer engagement, sales performance and the fundamentals of effective communication.
