Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of tourism and travel campaigns
• Communicate with customers, guests, travel partners, and hospitality businesses
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
• Promote tourism destinations, travel experiences, and hospitality services
• Assist with campaign content, promotions, and customer engagement activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and tourism or hospitality partners
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate customer, campaign, and communication records
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and campaign results
• Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and tourism growth initiatives

• Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome

Preferred

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or campaign coordination is a plus, but not essential
