Job Summary

Own creator outreach and ecosystem cultivation for TikTok LIVE partnerships, focusing on discovering high-potential creators, onboarding them into Contenta AI’s network, and surfacing trends to drive meaningful collaborations.

Discover and engage TikTok LIVE creators across gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, sports, beauty, and more to unlock partnership opportunities.
Onboard new creators, nurture communities, and support their integration into Contenta AI’s creator network while researching livestream trends and viral formats.
Analyze what content performs best on TikTok LIVE to inform outreach priorities and coordinate campaigns across TikTok, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Discover and reach out to TikTok LIVE creators and emerging livestream talent
Identify creators with growth potential across gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, sports, beauty, and other categories
Introduce creators to Contenta AI and TikTok LIVE partnership opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with creators and creator communities
Support onboarding of new creators into our network
Research livestream trends, viral formats, and creator ecosystems
Help the team understand what content performs best on TikTok LIVE
Assist with creator outreach campaigns across TikTok, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms

Requirements

Strong understanding of TikTok, livestream culture, and creator economy trends
Active social media user - especially TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence reaching out to creators and communities online
Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset
Genuine passion for internet culture, creators, gaming, or digital media
Based in the UK or Ireland
