Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and post TikTok-first content for Freja on a daily basis
• Develop short-form content ideas and recurring content formats
• Capture content around products, styling, office life, behind-the-scenes moments, and events
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform shifts
• Help with community management (comments and DMs, when needed)
• Help grow Freja's TikTok presence in a way that feels natural, elevated, and aligned with the brand
• Monitor content performance and iterate quickly based on insights, engagement, and retention

Requirements

• Based in London
• Strong understanding of TikTok and internet culture
• Comfortable on camera and understands how to speak to an audience in an authentic and approachable way
• Interested in fashion, styling, and visual storytelling, with a taste level aligned with Freja's aesthetic
• Understands how to create content that feels both platform-native and on-brand
• Strong eye for visuals, composition, and detail
• Curious, creative, and aware of what content performs and why
