Own creator roster and negotiate deals while guiding end-to-end campaigns and partnerships that monetize creators.

  • Lead end-to-end campaigns from brief to payment and approvals.
  • Partner with founders to refine systems and scale the influencer business.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing your own roster of creators, from outreach and signing through to long term management.
  • Developing content strategies alongside your creators to help them grow & monetise their platforms.
  • Proactively securing deals through outreach and inbound enquiries.
  • Building relationships with influencer marketing agencies, PR agencies and brands.
  • Negotiating campaign fees, contracts, usage rights and exclusivity on behalf of your creators.
  • Managing campaigns from brief through to content delivery, approvals and payment.
  • Managing each creator’s inbox, ensuring everything is responded to within 24 hours.
  • Creating media kits, rate cards, proposals and other commercial materials for your creators.
  • Exploring opportunities beyond traditional brand partnerships, including podcasts, events, speaking engagements, product launches, books and other creator ventures
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and negotiation
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Genuine interest in creators, social media and influencer marketing
  • Professional, level headed and solutions focused
  • Able to work across multiple workflows at once whilst consistently meeting tight deadlines
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive - somebody who asks great questions, challenges assumptions and wants to understand the 'why' behind what they do
  • A people person who enjoys building meaningful relationships, hearing people's stories and learning from others
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, social media marketing, creator partnerships or a closely related field
