Job Summary

Own fundraising product marketing from the strategy stage to execution, turning donor journeys into income and loyalty while coordinating cross‑team product planning and performance analysis.

  • Product & Fundraising Strategy: Own planning and roadmap for fundraising products engaging existing and new audiences.
  • Lifecycle & Journeys: Lead supporter journeys that drive income and loyalty across channels.
  • Performance & Optimization: Evaluate results and recommend improvements for future programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project manage and develop fundraising products to engage existing and new audiences to fundraise for Anthony Nolan.
  • Lead on the implementation of marketing for our products, working closely with our digital and creative teams
  • Develop and deliver supporter journeys for our participants, driving income and supporter loyalty.
  • Evaluating and analysing results to make recommendations for improvements for future work.
  • Play a key role in creating and implementing our product planning and strategy for future years
