Job Summary

Own the social content engine for Betway Scores and BW Scores, shaping Instagram led strategy, global handles, organic posts, and sponsorship activation across markets and partners.

Global handles: Build centralised, IG-led profiles across major platforms and maintain consistency.
Sponsorship activation: Align with global and local partners, ambassadors, and influencers to amplify sponsorship properties.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Contributing to Betway Scores and BW Scores social strategy with Instagram at the core, across all relevant platforms. - Establish centralised global Betway Scores and BW Scores social handles with Instagram leadership. - Lead organic social management for Betway Scores and BW Scores, crafting copy, image templates, and planning/posting all organic content (Instagram-focused). - Support paid social efforts across platforms in collaboration with paid specialists (Instagram-led). - Collaborate with global sponsorship to leverage sponsorship properties across Betway Scores and BW Scores social channels. - Promote Betway Scores and BW Scores through sponsorship partners’ and ambassadors’ social platforms (Instagram-led). - Work with in-country teams to localise sponsorship properties for geo-targeted social activity (Instagram-led). - Partner with in-country teams to promote Betway Scores and BW Scores via local partners, ambassadors and influencers (Instagram-led). Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. - Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. - Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a track record of delivering on time and within scope. - Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all outputs. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities. - In-depth knowledge of main social platforms, notably Instagram, X, Facebook and TikTok. - Experience managing a high volume of time-sensitive social content. - A passion for sport with an always-on work ethic. Preferred - Previous experience in the sports marketing industry. - Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming. - Knowledge of the sports scoring competitor landscape.
