Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments or messages in a timely manner
• Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals
• Analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity online
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for digital content
• Support public relations initiatives by engaging with online communities and influencers
• Conduct research on current social media trends and best practices to enhance our digital presence

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and strategies
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Preferred

• Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools is a plus
