Job Summary

Own the content engine for a beauty brand by producing and editing social assets, while helping on camera and guiding shoots to stay on brand.

  • Content Production Ownership: Create and edit short-form video and static content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with on-camera involvement.
  • Growth & Visibility: Generate new ideas to boost growth and expand brand reach through social and email content growth.

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Email content generation
  • Appearing on camera and helping to film and direct content for the brand
  • Editing short-form videos and static content in line with our brand aesthetic
  • Generating fresh ideas to drive growth and increase brand visibility
  • Supporting the expansion of our content strategy into email marketing over time

Requirements

  • A passion for social media, content creation, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera — whether appearing on screen or helping to film and direct content
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including current trends
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and reliable
  • 6 hours per week, Tuesdays only (on-site in Ashford)
