Job Summary

Own social channels for Asterra, turning brand storytelling into testable campaigns, testimonials, and multi-brand content.

Social Ownership: Plan and execute content that stays on brand across all Asterra channels.
Content & Campaign Materials: Build brochures, scripts, case studies, and copy to support campaigns and PR.
Collaboration & Multichannel Support: Align with sales, PR, and the Marcomms team to drive multichannel storytelling and customer stories.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own social media across Asterra, generating compelling content, and plans.
Ensure content meets brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Assist Marketing Managers in campaign planning and delivery.
Collect and develop customer success stories.
Coordinate content calendars across brands.
Build rapport with the sales team to access customers for testimonial and content
Develop campaign materials including brochures, scripts, case studies, and copy.
Support PR Manager with media releases, articles and press coordination.
Collaborate with the wider Marcomms team to provide multichannel support.

Requirements

Practical social media experience, with a clear track record of using analytics to shape content, optimise performance and drive engagement.
Skilled at creating high-quality marketing content across different formats, whether that’s written posts, visuals or vide
An ability to see what resonates with different audiences
Highly organised and self-motivated, you can manage multiple deadlines and campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality.
Location: home-based role with regular travel across the UK; 50% of time at home and 50% travelling to sites, with frequent UK-wide travel.

Preferred

A genuine interest in photography or videography will help you create authentic, engaging content, and an understanding of UK agriculture will ensure your work is relevant, credible and connected to our customers.
