Responsibilities

• Creating engaging, platform-first content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and beyond
• Building smart, results-driven social strategies tailored to client goals
• Managing campaigns from planning through to delivery and optimisation
• Writing compelling, on-brand copy for social, email, and digital campaigns
• Analysing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights
• Spotting trends, platform updates, and opportunities before everyone else
• Collaborating with account managers, creatives, and clients to deliver standout work
• Managing multiple projects while keeping quality high and deadlines on track

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience managing social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta platforms
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience creating short-form video content including Reels and TikToks
• Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• A genuine passion for social media, trends, and digital marketing
