Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
• Developing and managing the budget
• Ensuring property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
• Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
• Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residents
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager
• Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check
• Additional Information
• - The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed)
• - Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
• - Employment with Monroe Group is contingent upon the successful completion of background check
• Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident-occupied project renovations.
